Henry & Monica
It was Christmas Day, and Monica was in the kitchen preparing brunch for the family, a hobby she enjoys doing! She recalls dressing casually and without makeup that morning. Her cousin even suggested applying a touch of lipstick, but Monica didn't see a reason for that since she was busy preparing for brunch. And shortly after, Henry announced his surprise to the family. He then got down on one knee and asked Monica to marry him!
I can only imagine the excitement that filled the room that afternoon. A holiday engagement while surrounded by family makes for such a heartfelt moment!
As I continued to get to know the sweet couple during their engagement session, I learned that Henry, the groom-to-be, has known my family since I was a baby. It's incredible how timing works! And in less than a month, I'll be photographing their wedding day And, I am beyond honored to capture Henry & Monica's special day soon.
