A Romantic Christmas Proposal at The Dallas arboretum
Proposals are so romantic, and each is one of a kind! Family, friends, and each couple make an engagement as unique as it is. Tanner's family joined to set up the beautiful display Will You Marry Me?
Tanner proposed to Madelyn at the charming McCasland Sunken Garden in The Dallas Arboretum.
The McCasland Sunken Garden is one of my favorite locations for a proposal. Traffic is minimal, even on the weekend! Side note: If planning an engagement in this area, confirm that there is no wedding or event happening on your proposal date.
This particular garden stands out because of its quaintness and beautiful greenery encapsulating romance.
After the lovely couple's proposal, we visited other locations in the garden decorated for the holidays for a mini-engagement session. Christmas is one of Madelyn's favorite holidays, so capturing all the Christmas charm in their photographs was important!
The day was perfect! As a photographer, I couldn't have asked for better lighting.
Tanner and Madelyn continued their day and celebrated their engagment with their families over a lovely dinner.
